UNDERSTANDING
THE USER

  • Personas

  • Pain points

  • User journey map

    •  Big picture / closeup

User research includes interviews conducted with creative professionals:
age range 30 - 60.

Research summary:
I wanted to understand, what my user seeks when using an art biography app.

1.  How does the user respond to the visual experience of the app?
2. Is the visual experience positive or negative? What makes it so?
3. What would make the user drop off?
